Strange Chinese Delicacy of the Week 4

There seems to be a hard-core of people who want to try the most outlandish things when they come over to Hong Kong and not to have to pay for them. Carlton Hoskins is one such person, and guessed correctly that last week’s entry was indeed deer antlers. James Hodgson obviously has even weirder tastes than this but we’ll let you read his comment yourselves to understand that!

This week’s entry is relatively easy given a recent posting. But it is so central to Chinese culture over here that it has to be included. And it is one of the few things that both adults here have tasted (and no, won’t be rushing to repeat the experience). Can you guess what it is yet? Think hungry werewolves.
